Phidastien Helios - LED UV Curing System

H.P.R: our high power reflector is able to reach more than 35 KW with a lamp arc of more than 62 inches. With a width of only 6 inches, this box can replace 3 or even 4 lamps with one on most wood varnishing lines. It allows polymerization at a speed of 1000 feet / minute on flexographic presses.
 
It's UV arc heads are equipped with air filtration system to extend the life of our lamps, reflectors and internal parts. As an option on the V4 head, a small quartz plate can be inserted into the shutter while the HPR box will be integrated under the external box. A single fast box connection integrating power, control and pneumatics. Each box is a drawer type to help with the change of lamp and reflectors. Our HPR and V4 type casings use a rotary shutter displacement technology that is placed in front of the lamp in standby mode, eliminating any radiation on the substrate.
